BongoPc.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use/Policies. Please check the Terms of Use periodically for changes.
PCs - All BongoPc.com systems are professionally built using all brand-new components, never used or refurbished, unless otherwise stated. All systems and monitors are designed in industry standard black (sometimes with additional other colors), if a specific color scheme is not requested because, well, everyone is tired of beige. BongoPc.com is not responsible for misunderstandings from typos and will promptly correct all errors at the best of its ability. BongoPc.com and its owners/Partners&Affiliates are not responsible for anything you do with our systems/website. This includes, but is not limited to: data lost, data found, things learned/and or forgotten, company time wasted playing solitaire, personal time wasted playing solitaire, complaints from family members when you spend all day/night on your new computer, and subsequent lack of a summer tan.
PC WARRANTY - Most items carry a warranty from the individual manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Warranties are usually 1 year and all available information is included with your shipment. We will help you with all warranty claims within the first 30 days of purchase, after this 30 day period, we will attempt to help on a case by case basis. Physically damaged products and burnt CPUs will not be warranted or exchanged in any way.
PS2 REPAIRS WARRANTY - BongoPC.com is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during shipping. You understand that in order to open and examine the unit, BongoPC.com will break the Sony Warranty Seal thus voiding any remaining manufacturers warranty. You understand that the $39.95 service charge covers PS2 unit inspection, cleaning, and repair/replacement of minor parts. Any repairs requiring additional time or parts (such as laser replacements or motherboards) will be quoted before any work is performed. Also an additional non-refundable charge of $10 maybe be incurred if the Sony Warranty Seal has already been broken. If the PS2 is not repairable I will receive a refund minus the $10 return shipping fee and Sony Warranty Seal fee if applicable. BongoPc.com does not accept responsibility for any and all damage done to any PS2 if it is opened following our repair or if it. BongoPc.com will not be responsible for damage to units we have repaired that are subject to aggressive game play or abuse.
GAMEDRIVE TERMS - GameDrive and the GameDrive Loader Disc are for the use of developing tools, third party shareware programs and personal backups of legally purchased programs only. We do not take responsibility for any use outside of these parameters or where the use of such a device is illegal in his/her country/region. By purchasing the GameDrive with pre-loaded games you hereby agree that you are paying for the service of BongoPc.com to provide you with a backup copy of software that you legally own. All GameDrive purchases whether through this website or not are subject to a minimum $35 restocking fee if returned for ANY reason.
RETURNS FOR REFUND - All PC orders are backed by a 30 day return policy. Items must be sent back packaged properly (like we sent it to you) and must not be missing any items, manuals, drivers or packaging. Please see our Contact Us page for inquiries. Burnt CPUs and physically damaged items sent back to us will not be warranted or refunded. Please be careful! You will return any items seeking refund at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
PS2 REPAIRS SHIPPING - When sending your broken PS2 make sure to use a sturdy box and a minimum of 2 inches of bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts or similar packing material all the way around it. Mark your package "FRAGILE". Your S/H charge of $10 automatically covers the cost for Return Insured Shipping. No other shipping charges will be incurred.
ORDER TIME - All orders are processed in the order they are received. The majority of orders ship within 5-7 business days. We pride ourselves in shipping orders as soon as possible. We strive to do this but can not guarantee every order will ship within this time frame. Orders are only delayed if - suspicion of fraud, oversold, or simply a very large influx of orders. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Insured ground delivery with Insurance. Delivery is not available for International orders or P.O. Boxes. Items damaged in transit need to be brought to the attention of USPS and have a claim filed. We will only replace those damaged items once a claim has been approved by USPS.
